"Mindful Flow" is a gentle vinyasa yoga class that invites us to experience meditation in motion. How can we infuse mindful awareness into every part of our practice and every aspect of our lives? This practice creates space for this exploration through movement, body awareness, breathwork and closes with a short guided meditation.
