About Lisa

Lisa is a health and wellness professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry, as well as a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology. She has several group exercise format certifications, is a 200-hour RYT and is the founder and owner of Whole Fit By Lisa. As a yoga teacher, her goal is to empower students to use yoga as a way of helping to reduce stress, build physical strength and flexibility, and simply appreciate your body for what it can do. Lisa is a wife, proud mother of a son and daughter, and dog mom to her chihuahua mix, Lincoln.
