Join us for a relaxing and peaceful celebration of Juneteenth.....we deserve more relaxation opportunities...


By adding, increasing or changing the amount of time we allow our-self to relax will help us to reset and refresh. If our mind is calm, we can evaluate our daily tasks, projects and problems more quickly than if we’re burdened with unnecessary and often unrelated worries. Decide to include Movement, Meditation and Mindfulness into your day. Find a comfortable space in the middle and prepare to warm up your body with a Yogik Rhythms experience.....an all levels class that begins with centering and attention to breath....class proceeds into a gentle warm up to loosen the joints and warm up the body for a Yogik flow, calm and therapeutic in nature, very beneficial for stress relief and overall well-being. This class allows you the freedom to explore your own body and choose your level of physical challenge.
