Yin/Restorative Yoga for Deep Relaxation and Peace

Yoga shouldn't be a luxury, rather it should be a practice that we all embody to help us relieve stress and restore the body. We will start with a few Yin yoga poses to get deep into our hips and heart...places most people hold tension. Followed by a gentle restorative practice to help heal our bodies. We will finish our practice with a meditation to accept the emotions we have and meet them with compassion and empathy.
