This 90 minute love power is an invitation to bring self-care and sacred activism together through a guided meditative journey. In a collective of women, we will offer a ritual of attunement and activation with the power of the full moon.
The journey starts with a moving meditation offering by Elika Aird, a mystical Yoga Nidra with Nadia Bey, and Yoga Jubilee co-founder, Riley Skye will guide you through the Cosmic Navigation, astrological inspiration for the Soul!
We will enter a sacred journey to support our ability to walk courageously through the storm, with a deep embodiment of peace….while keeping our hearts open.
We will enjoy the flow, breath, rest, mudras and meditation in motion in an accessible safe space for women.
