This retreat is open to EVERYONE (no matter how you self-identify) interested in celebrating women & womxn, personal healing, community, equity, and social change. ROUND 1: The Root of the Feminine

A Dharma talk on “What is Feminine?” followed by self-reflection and guided meditation to explore the inner ground of the Pelvic Nest. ( Muladhara and Swadhisthana Chakras)
ROUND 2: Lunar Feminine

This session starts with a Dharma talk on the Lunar Feminine and the power of female collaborations in Yogic Teachings. Through Pranayama, Asana, and Meditation explore the collective power of the Moon, Ida Nadi, and the Feminine side that exists within us all.

ROUND 4: Sahaja Prana Flow - Offering the Natural Flow for All

Explore Sahaja Prana Flow as the natural, unfolding of meditation initiated by the flow of breath-intelligence or prana. Beginning in meditation and poetic teachings of sahaja from three historic, pioneering Yoginis, Sahajayogini Cinta, Lalleshwari and AnandaMayi Ma, we will journey from subtle movement to rhythmic shaking meditation and landing in relaxation.
Enjoy movement meditation for all - from your bed, chair, floor, mat or create a “matless universe” to explore. Bring rhythm instruments for shaking and meditate on a ancestor you are dedicating your movement too as we share our inspiration collectively in our pre-invocation chat.
ROUND 5: Harmonic Healing Medicine Meditation (HHMM) and Reconnective Frequencies

These passes are for those who enjoy our programing and are financially able to support our efforts. However, you still have options! Choose to pay as little as $5 or as much as your heart desires. Typically, participants contribute between $150-$250 for our day long events. Or $25-$75 if attending one to three performances/classes. Follow the prompts when registering to make a contribution.

These passes are for those who would give, but just aren’t financially able to give at the moment. We get it! All we ask is that you take whatever R&R you obtain from this retreat and Pay it Forward at some point in your community. Follow the prompts when registering.
