These classes are for everyone! It’s for those who enjoy our programing regardless as to whether you can or can not financially support our efforts. However, you still have options! Choose to “pay it forward” (free) or donate as little as $5 or as much as your heart desires.

New Moon: Lunar Infusion
w/ Riley Skye
Cosmic insights about what’s on the horizon will be discussed in this session geared to cleanse the mind and realign with our hearts with the earth in preparation for peaceful action. Mudra meditation, pranayama, & intention setting.

Yin for Courage and Compassion
w/ Nadia Bey
The work that is asked of us in these times requires self care, self compassion, courage and clarity. In this deeply restorative class we will deeply explore the liver and gall bladder meridians to cultivate Compassion and Courage. The inner and outer meridian lines correspond with the emotional qualities of kindness, compassion, courage and clear decision making. Yin postures target the deep connective tissues reducing joint fixation, maintaining functional mobility, preventing degeneration and increasing hydration while allowing us to deeply grounding and encourage stillness. Our time will culminate in a light activated healing shavasana and Nidra bathing in the Reconnective healing Frequencies.

5 Elements Flow

All-levels Prana Flow practice to connect the breath and the body through the elements, with emphasis on earth and water to honor our ancestors.
